The adventure begins! We'll meet you in the arrivals hall of Juan Santamaria International Airport and take you to the hotel in San Jose, where you'll spend your first night.

Our day will begin with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before we head to La Fortuna, the home of the iconic Arenal Volcano. After a 4-hour drive, you'll spend the rest of the day exploring the area at your leisure.

We'll have breakfast at the hotel and then drive to the Arenal National Park. During our visit, you'll learn all about this place, including the volcano's periods of activity. You'll see the incredible local flora and fauna, such as sloths, anteaters and monkeys. Don't forget your camera!

In the evening, we'll return to the hotel where you'll have the rest of the day to spend as you wish.

Rise and shine! We'll head to the Tortuguero National Park and have a full breakfast on the way. When we get there, we'll take a boat trip through the rivers and canals of this tropical rainforest.

We'll then arrive at the hotel, where we'll have a delicious lunch. After, we'll visit the town of Tortuguero, where you can explore its streets and beaches. Keep your eyes peeled for all the turtle families that live here! Following another unforgettable day, we'll return to the hotel and have dinner.

On the fifth day, you can have a lie-in and spend the morning relaxing at the hotel pool. Later on, we'll go on a 3-hour tour of the Tortuguero National Park to see all the animals we may've missed the day before.

The finishing touch on this day will be a lovely dinner at the lodge.

We'll wake up bright and early and, after breakfast, take a boat to Guapiles where we'll have a hearty lunch. After eating, we'll head to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, which you'll spend the rest of the day exploring at your leisure.

We recommend looking into the Afro-Caribbean roots of this Costa Rican town.

You'll wake up and have breakfast at your hotel in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca. We'll then set off to the area around the Cahuita National Park to go snorkelling and hiking.

First of all, we'll take a boat around the park's coastline. We'll drop anchor at one of the best spots for snorkelling so you can spend 2 hours admiring different species of coral and fish. After this activity, we'll get our energy back with some delicious tropical fruit.

The second part of our adventure will be a hiking tour through the National Park. During the tour, you'll look out at breathtaking views of the area and its many animal species. Our hike will conclude with a traditional Caribbean lunch.

We'll have breakfast and then leave the hotel behind as wet set off for the Costa Rican capital, where you'll spend the last night of this trip.

After you've had breakfast at the hotel, we'll take you to San José airport and say our goodbyes before you board your flight.
