Galapagos outdoors 13 days tour The trip was amazing! We spent 13 unforgetabble days on Galapagos Islands, among beautiful nature and animals. The trip was organised in very high standard and everything was planned really well. The guides were fantastic – they had great knowledge and we felt safe and comfortable during the trip. Just wanted to share that our trip to the Galapagos Islands was fantastic Everything worked out seamlessly! The hotels and the tours recommended by Guidecuador were excellent! Hotel locations in particular were ideal. We did all as promised, especially the awesome snorkeling with sharks and pinguins, that experience was very special for us. Also, the communication with the staff was very easy for us too. It was nice that we could all check out the daily plan at any time, and be able to pull up all the vouchers and tickets Thank you again Sofia and Alejandro from Guidecuador for making our bucket list place tour an unforgettable lifetime experience. We will definitely go back to you guys in our next trip to Latin America.

Excuses I booked individualized travel plans with Guide Ecuador after my husband had an excellent experience with them in 2022. Unfortunately, service now is inconsistent and at times unsafe. Pros-Quick communication and willingness to work with us to create an individualized travel plan in Quito and the Galapagos Islands. Our private transfer from the airport with highland tour on the way to the hotel was a good way to maximize our time. The naturalist guide was excellent and was the first to communicate changes to the itinerary I had proposed to Guide Ecuador. The cooking tour in Quito and tour to Bartolome were also excellent. Guide Ecuador staff meeting us in person were prompt, attentive and friendly. Alejandro is quick to respond by WhatsApp as questions arise, though responses do not always match the question. Cons-Poor communication after booking. We did not receive a formal itinerary until a day after we arrived in the Galapagos Islands and a naturalist guide verbally shared date changes. When I requested information from Alejandro he insisted he’d sent it and made excuses before sending the information. Most trips are subcontracted to other tour operators. Our tour to Floreanna was not as promised. Inconsistent with website info, we were asked to pay additional fees for transportation and no snorkeling equipment was provided when the tour included 90 minutes of snorkeling. The guide did not ensure safety of the group (e.g. at the bar chatting with a friend rather than watching the water as people snorkeled) and I had to assist an older woman who was struggling. Our guide assisted no one on and off the boats and my mother was left in a dangerous situation when the taxi and speedboat started to separate. When I messaged Alejandro about our experience he replied “they probably knew you and your mom had masks” as an excuse for not providing equipment. I don’t know how that would be possible since no one asked and my mother was unable to snorkel at the 2nd site because currents were strong and she had no fins. He also excused the bad experience as my fault for insisting we go to Floreanna and not one of their other tours, though it was and is still listed as an option on their website. He did offer to reimburse the $ paid to water taxies, but at that point I was tired of the excuses and didn’t want to deal with him anymore. If you book a trip that Guide Ecuador has subcontracted with a good company, you will likely have a good experience. Unfortunately, you won’t know who the tour operator is ahead of time. I won’t book with them again.

Amazing Road Trip in Ecuador inland with Go Ecuador As a traveler, I must debunk the news outlets misconception that Ecuador is not safe. My recent trip proved otherwise, I was fortunate to have a very friendly tour guide who not only ensured my safety but also made my journey unforgettable. Exploring Ecuador’s great nature revealed breathtaking scenic views that left me in awe of this country’s beauty. People genuinely care about their environment. Everyone seemed dedicated to preserving Ecuador’s natural wonders. Ecuador is a country that works tirelessly to protect its environment. I was impressed by the sustainable initiatives in place, from eco-friendly accommodations reserved by my guide to strict conservation policies. My guide always available, thanks to his flexibility and punctuality. Whether it was adjusting my itinerary or ensuring timely pickups, My guide made every effort to accommodate my needs. Lastly, I was amazed by my guide’s extensive knowledge of Ecuador’s history, culture, and biodiversity. His insights added depth to my experiences and enriched my journey. Overall, my trip to Ecuador was not just an adventure but also an eye-opening experience about conservation and appreciation for the environment.

amazing experience of culture and adventure First i have been on many diving trips. From a 1-10 this trip was an 11. The life we saw was off the charts. We tapered the trip with land excursions as well. Alejandro staff was there at every return from picking us up to dropping us off. It was really really detailed and good.

A spectacular cultural tour in Quito! This tour was amazing! I added a visit to the Middle of the World Monument to the Museum Tour. It was a whole day of adventure and learning about Ecuatorian culture. Middle of the World site is incredible! I just had some difficulty in putting an egg standing there, but at the end I could do it! Guayasamin museum is outstanding, a true must-see in Quito. The house and “Capilla del Hombre” are worth spending at least 2 hours! Josué was an excellent guide, with his explanations I could know more about Ecuador! With him, I felt like I was doing a sightseeing with a local friend! I highly recommend this tour to whomever is visiting Quito!

Thank you, GUIDEcuador! I did the Mindo day tour after traveling with a friend through the Galapagos Islands with the same tour company, GUIDEcuador, and before flying home that evening.
